What is a lowl?
A lowl is similar to a lolcat, but owl related. Owl + Lol = Lowl

Owl Nails
1.Paint 2/3 of the nail in dark pink, and do little triangles at the top
2.Using a skewer, dot the white eyes using the flat end, and the black pupils with the point
3.Paint the semi-circle shape at the tip of the nail in a light pink
4.Dot three circles in the semi circle in the dark pink
CONGRATULATIONS! You now have owl nails!
